Vocational Preparation Courses
In the years to come, vocational training will become increasingly valued as one of the few roles that AI cannot replace. Your barber or hairdresser, home-care assistance for elderly parents, painters, decorators, pet groomers, estheticians, etc., have that unique “human” touch that AI is very unlikely to replace in the next 20 years
Did you know that in 2025-2026, Quebec Online School started its first courses to prepare students for the Quebec Attestation of High School Equivalency and General Development Test? We have had several students pass through both courses, and many are currently applying and being accepted into the vocational courses of their choice. While some students choose vocational courses as their academic grades are not competitive enough for CEGEP or University, many others are now turning to this option as a valued, practical, and future-focused pathway toward stable employment, financial independence, and meaningful careers that continue to rely on essential human skills.
